About Our Region

CVO Vancouver was established December 2016 and runs One Health Clinics to serve pets and their people in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and surrounding areas. Dr Kyla Townsend (DVM) and Kelsi Jessamine (MSN, RN) work together with a team of volunteers to coordinate 4 One Health Clinics annually, which offer free preventative veterinary care and human health services to vulnerably housed people and their companion animals.
