Are you a case worker or affiliated with an agency, and have questions about Vet Outreach?

All clients that are referred to Community Veterinary Outreach for veterinary and human health services must be referred by an agency / case worker affiliated with Community Veterinary Outreach within the region of the inquiry. These would include community health centres, mental health agencies, youth services agencies, and shelters, among others. A disability or social assistance support worker alone cannot make the referral; we also require the agency affiliation. If your client does not have this affiliation for referral, please reach out to a local community health centre that is associated with Community Vetreach for assistance. They can then contact us.
