What is it?

Our goal is to collectively walk, run, cycle, or travel 8,889 km (this distance between all our CVO locations coast-to-coast), raising $100,000 together.

Why?

Let's get active together in October to continue to bring accessible care to people and pets experiencing homelessness across Canada! 

When?

October 1-31, join anytime up until the end of October.

How?

Choose a number of kilometres to travel as a team, family, or individual, and collect pledges to help us raise money to bring essential care to people and pets experiencing homelessness in Canada.  Register below and choose the region you want to raise funds for!

We've also set up a special community where you can cheer each other on, post pics from your activities, get tips from fitness and pet experts about getting active with and without your animals. We have some special events planned too with Coach Katelyn Moore, and expert speakers about maintaining your health alongside your pets. 

All registered participants also get access to a series of virtual lectures from leading veterinary health professionals throughout October.

How much is it to register?

We have several tiers of registration fees to register. You'll receive a tax receipt for your full registration fee right to your inbox.

Children $10

Adult (individual) $20

Team up to 5 people $50

Team more than 6 people $100

What if I have a really big team?  

Please contact us to arrange a team registration if you have more than 15 people.

What is my registration money used for?

Your registration fee goes to cover the organizing and admin associated with organizing the event, so that any money you raise goes directly to delivering care in the region of your choice. Registration fees over and above the admin costs will be directly applied to supporting programming across the country.

What do I get for my registration fee?

- tax receipt for your donation for the full amount of the registration fee

- access to a private community of others across the country who are tracking their kilometres just like you where you can cheer one another on, stay motivated, and join in the fun! 

- invited to exclusive events with experts who will give you tips about getting active with your pet

- registration to the Cross-Canada Community Challenge, guides, trackers, and fun extras and giveaways
