Paul Robb obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1986. He has enjoyed companion animal practice in Dartmouth Nova Scotia for most of his career. Along with mentorship and advocacy for improving animal welfare, he has held various roles in the Nova Scotia Veterinary Medical Association. He became involved with Community Veterinary Outreach in early 2022 and has worked to establish relationships with the Mobile Outreach Street Health unit of the North End Community Health Center as well as Shelter Nova Scotia. Dr. Robb was the 2024 recipient of the Hubert S. Bennett Award for Leadership in Veterinary Medicine in Nova Scotia.
